Trustee Services Manager - Wills, LPAs and Estates

A highly regarded Wealth Management firm are seeking a Trustee Services Manager to join their experienced and well established team in Ipswich.

They are looking for a STEP qualified individual to oversee and deal with all aspects of will writing and power of attorney services. You’ll be overseeing and dealing with all matters in connection with estate administration and providing technical help and support to other areas of the business.

You will also be assisting with the training and development of junior members of the Team, and there is also management opportunities alongside lots of scope for career progression.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting legal documents based on client instructions
• Handling client queries and correspondence
• Ensuring compliance with regulations
• Managing executorship cases including meeting with families, insuring property, appointing solicitors
• Making decisions on estate and trust devolutions

Basic salary ranges up to £70k plus annual bonus, 8% pension contribution and benefits package

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home

It is essential you are:

• A full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP)
• Have good knowledge of the laws surrounding wills and lasting powers of attorney and experience of dealing with these

• At least 5 years experience of dealing with wills, LPAS and estates
