Reporting to the Operations Manager your role will include the following:
- Daily overview and management of a team of sales support administrators
- Conducting of monthly one to one’s and annual appraisals
- Identifying and improving process and systems
- Creating new ideas to improve areas such work flow, activity
- Ongoing training of staff
- The administration and processing of business as and when there is a need to help the team
