Job Description

Protection Business Development Manager - South Coast, up to £40,000 Basic Salary, £60,000 OTE plus car allowance, pension and benefits.

Business Development Manager required to join the expanding and successful sales force at one of the market leading Life Offices. Successful candidates will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with intermediaries across the Midlands and the surrounding area whilst promoting the company’s leading Protection proposition.

The Business Development Manager will have experience and knowledge of the IFA market and of sales in financial services. Due to the extremely competitive nature of the market, candidates will possess natural ambition and drive as well as demonstrating a very strong sales acumen and a desire to succeed, qualities which will allow them to become valued members of the sales force and will enable them to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Successful candidates’ will have:

• IFA Sales experience 
• Broad knowledge of protection products
• Self-motivation and enthusiasm

• Up to £40,000 Basic Salary
• OTE of up to £60,000 pa
