Job Description

BWD Search & Selection are currently seeking an experienced financial services professional to join our client as a Middle Office Administrator.

The role reports to Department Vice President, with responsibilities of completing following functions:
  • Trade, nominal and facilitation account reconciliations
  • Daily Client Free Money return
  • Support trade flow / files, aggregation, exceptions and query handling
  • Monitoring institutional trade book and assisting with client queries relating to their trade files
  • Monitoring inbox for client queries and responding in a timely manner
  • P&L processing and clear down
  • Assist with Trade Support functions as required
  • MI production and other Middle Office functions as required
  • Experience of a middle office/back office role within a financial services organisation
  • An understanding of the industry from a regulatory and operational perspective
  • A working knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority
