This role will provide project & administrative support to the Investment Services Marketing & Events Team.
- Function as an integral part of the team, providing Project & Administrative support to the marketing & events team.
- Understand and recognize important business relationships within the Firm, ability to answer inquiries on events, and direct inquiries accurately and promptly
- Assisting with setting up speaker briefing calls
- Collate & Analyse feedback forms
- Venue booking - organising internal and external meetings
- Taking and preparing meetings notes, agendas and accompanying presentations
- Point of contact for IT issues & Onboarding new team members
- Compiling status reports on excel and power point for Senior stakeholders
- Marketing/events experience either in a bank, a financial services organisation or professional services firm
- Candidates should be have a degree in marketing and or events
- Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience of working within a corporate environment
- Strong systems skills including good Excel
