Well your new job would be auditing strategic change programmes from the start of a project to the close keeping a track on it at various intervals. People skills are vital for the role as dealing with senior stakeholders is a key day to day aspect.
You will need to be a:
- Qualified accountant or auditor
- Knowledge of change or project audit ideally, but would consider audit experience coupled with previous experience of working on projects.
- Skilled in conducting detailed audit reviews: collecting and analysing complex data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions
- Financial services experience with strong stakeholder skills and confident at dealing with senior management.
