Job Description
You could be working for a global financial services organisation in central Manchester as a HR Data Analyst, initially on a 9 month contract. Some of your duties will include:
- Query and system management in relation to Kronos
- Collecting and analysing data, including KPIs
- Discuss ongoing system issues with external parties and colleagues in other locations.
- Liaising with managers and colleagues to collect KPI data to be collated into packs to be distributed to management
- Previous experience using Kronos or other HR time and attendance systems
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience of system navigation
- Financial Services experienced would be extremely beneficial
