Job Description

Business Development Manager – Retirement Solutions Provider – South London & Surrey – £30,000 Basic Salary (c. £40,000 OTE) plus benefits

I am currently working with a well-respected retirement solutions provider who are looking for a Field-Based Business Development Manager to join their team in the South East.

This is an ideal opportunity for an office based or hybrid Business Development professional to join one of the UK's most innovative and forward thinking retirement providers, in a fully field based role that offers great prospects for development within a fast-growing area of financial services. Whilst my client is looking for candidates with existing pensions knowledge, this could be an opportunity for a BDM outside of the retirement industry to move into this space.

Role requirements:

Business development and account management role focused on the promotion and sale of a range specialist retirement solutions to intermediaries in South London and Surrey. This role will give applicants the chance to manage close relationships with advisers on their panel to drive sales of a range of Drawdown, Annuity and Equity Release products.

If you have several years’ experience in financial services sales; and are determined, impactful and consultative in your sales style, then this role could be for you.

Benefits include:

•             Up to £30,000 pa. basic salary;

•             OTE of up to £40,000 pa.;

•             Good Pension Scheme; and

•             Competitive flexible benefits package.

This is an exciting opportunity to take that next step in your career. If you are interested in hearing more about this role, please send your CV today to, or call Emily Buckingham on 0113 426 0787.
