Trainee Financial Services Administrator - Wakefield Salary £15,000 - £18,000 dependent upon experience.

BWD are delighted to be working in partnership with a wealth management firm, who are highly successful in creating value and wealth for high net worth individuals, trustees and charities.
My client delivers bespoke financial planning and investment consultancy services through a team of trusted independent financial advisers, investment specialists and support staff.
My client is now looking to add to the team by recruiting an additional Junior Financial Services Administrator.
This is a great opportunity if you have previous Administration experience, within a support administration capacity, and would like to work for a company who is successful, secure, and can offer progression for the future.
The role will be created for the right person, however please see below a general overview of the type of duties you may undertake.

As a successful Trainee Financial Services Administrator the types of duties you will undertake will be:

Provide a first class service to the firms clients, by delivering excellent administrative support, 
To act as the initial point of contact to clients on all client services matters, ensuring that a first class service is provided at all times, and excellent relationships are built.
Deal with all telephone calls from clients appropriately and professionally.
To prepare valuation reports and review packs for clients providing accurate review information, performance data and fund research as appropriate. 
Ensure that reports are provided within agreed timescales and are appropriately presented and checked. 
All necessary compliance / audit trails are in place to evidence financial data provided. 
Effective administrative support service is provided to IFAs. 
To carry out the necessary administrative processes to ensure that all new business is appropriately actioned and recorded. Application forms are effectively prepared and processed on a timely basis 
Databases and spreadsheets are accurately updated. 
Client sign up meetings are attended as needed. 
To produce reports, forecasts and information as required for meetings.

This is a varied role and offers scope in the future to become a fully- fledged Paraplanner, or a Financial Advisor.
