Senior Pensions Administrator
Up to £37,000 + bonus & bens
We are working with a highly respected 3rd party administrator who has had a very successful last 12 months, winning over 20 major clients from their competitors, including the administration of a couple of the largest schemes in the UK market.
This increase in demand for their services has led to them building a number of new Administration teams to service the needs of these new clients, whilst maintaining a high level of service to their existing clients for which they are renowned.
Specifically, they are looking to recruit a number of experienced Senior Pensions Administrators for checker and leadership roles within their teams.
These roles can be based within commuting distance of one of their offices, or on a remote basis, allowing their staff to work completely flexibly to suit their own personal circumstances and preferred working patterns. This flexible working pattern is locked in for the future.
With exceptional bespoke pensions systems, regular and advanced ongoing training, and full support for PMI exams, these are excellent opportunities with a front-rank 3rd party firm. Progression is merit-based, rather than time-served, with strong potential for promotion within a growing business.
The roles pay up to £37,000, dependent on experience, and include a 7.5% bonus, 10% pension contribution, 8x Life cover, and private medical insurance.
I stress again, these roles can be fully remote, so they are open to high calibre Senior Administrators based anywhere in the UK.
