You’ll be joining a scrum of fantastic people, delivering multiple web and mobile applications.

The team has already created an award winning customer portal, a mobile app which secured an ‘Innovation of the Year’ accolade, and won ‘Digital Company of the Year’ at the Data, Analytics & Technology Awards.

Software delivery is approached with an Agile mind-set, focused on delivering rapid, small, value-driven enhancements. We achieve that with our scrum teams that include Scrum Masters, Developers, Testers, BAs, Solution Designers and DevOps Engineers to create brand new experiences, small changes to existing products as well as investing in maintaining our existing products to improve code quality against our core development principles.   

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Performing development, delivery and analysis of high quality web applications using technologies including C# .NET MVC, HTML5 and JavaScript
  • Identifying improvement opportunities such as enhancements to standards or technical innovations to increase the quality and efficiency of delivery
  • Providing technical expertise and collaborating in teams operating across the UK, India and Poland
You’ll be:
  • An experienced and confident developer who wants to develop great products, on a large scale
  • Commercially experienced in TDD (Test Driven Development) and building Web Applications using C# .NET MVC framework
  • A proven track record of developing and delivering great stuff on a frequent basis in an agile manner
  • Not afraid to fail whilst also wanting to celebrate success
Desirable extras
  • Modern software engineering practices, Behaviour Driven Development, Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Maven), Code Analysis software (Sonar).
  • Responsive design for mobile and tablet devices.
  • Source Code Management (GIT, Stash)
  • Web services experience (XML, REST, SOAP)
