Due to a period of growth, and the recent hire of additional Financial Advisers, we are currently working with an established Financial Planning firm in Leeds who are currently recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator.
This is a great opportunity if you feel stuck in your current role, with no or limited progression opportunities.
There is support with examinations to help you reach the Level 4 Diploma.
This is an opportunity to provide Administrative support and to have a greater level of Client liaison.
There are a real variety of duties and an opportunity for you to act as first point of contact for clients, prepare client packs, and provide overall general administration support, and make a real difference to the work of the Financial Advisers within the practice.
To be successful:
- You will need to have worked within an IFA practice and have a good understanding of Pensions & Investments
- Previous experience in a role that is related in some way to the Financial Services industry
- Excellent administration skills
- Good telephone manner and time management skills
