Our client a global financial services organisation is looking to appoint a Banking Operations Administrator for an initial 3 month contract.
- Ensure the completion of assigned tasks whilst adhering to all procedures.
- Respond and resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyse and maintain data, reports and other management information.
- Completion of reconciliations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Financial Services experience.
- Administration experience.
- Excellent customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Organisation skills to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Risk awareness.
- Reconciliations experience desired, but not essential.
