In addition to their success in business, the company has recently received the backing of a large IFA, securing the foundations for the future and adding additional strings to their bow
They are now in a position to take on board an additional Employee Benefits Consultant. You will take on an established portfolio of clients with the majority of your role centred around the retention and consultation of this portfolio. Business development will feature in your post, however, it won’t be the main focus.
Health and Risk consulting experience is essential, with a favour being leant towards Health. You should have experience of working with SME’s and any experience of Asset Management companies would be highly advantageous
The team itself is small, with more of a family feels as opposed to the larger businesses where you can feel a little lost. Your role is integral to the future success of the business, and as a result, you will be well rewarded with above average salary to be negotiated on joining and an annual bonus averaging 25% amongst other benefits.
They have multiple office locations, leaving you to choose London, Surrey or Bucks depending on your preference
