I am currently working with a very reputable Investment Management firm who require somebody to join them to be part of the set up of a new Glasgow office to expand their reach and complement the already successful operation in Edinburgh. …but how do I get this across in the most engaging way possible for relevant people to view this?
How do I explain the business has around 100,000 clients and £20bn AUM with over 800 staff nationwide and still want to expand - without losing the interest of my audience?
It is tough to create an engaging job advert that stands out from the norm – but how do I do this whilst explaining that this role will offer the successful individual absolute autonomy when helping their clients in a genuinely bespoke environment…
Coffee chats would be a great start – it’s not just about technical ability and experience. Of course, this is important, but personality is also key. Should this be part of my job advert?
To sum up, I need help to create an advert about the following;
- Reputable Investment Management business opening new Glasgow offices – be part of the set up.
- A genuinely bespoke service.
- Autonomy with clients - Want to manage money? Then do it! Prefer to be relationship focussed? That’s also fine!
- Better than market average earning potential.
