BWD are happy to be currently representing a Financial Services firm based on the outskirts of Wakefield, who are looking to take on a Client Support Administrator that they can mould into becoming a Trainee Paraplanner.
As a Client Administrator you will have the opportunity to learn the business and get your feet under the table in the first instance.
The work will include sending out Letters of Authority and preparing packs and other paper work for the advisers.
As a Trainee Paraplanner you will be learning how to prepare suitability letters, issuing letters of authority, managing spreadsheets and undertaking general administration.
You will obtain and maintain detailed client information to support the Financial Advisers, and you will provide an efficient, friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
In order to apply for this Trainee Paraplanner job you will need to have the following:
- Experience as an Administrator within an IFA practice or Financial Services environment for a minimum of 12 months
- Have gained or already studying towards the CII Diploma Qualification
- Be highly organised, self – motivated, Methodical and IT proficient.
