One of the UK’s highest-rated Third-Party Pensions Administration firms are seeking two Team Leaders due to new business! One for a Defined Benefit team, and one for Defined Contribution.
You will be tasked with managing a team of experienced administrators, mentoring their personal development and ensuring the team achieve their targets. You will be responsible for managing resources to ensure all scheme and member events are completed within deadlines, and reviewing outgoing work to ensure that it maintains the high-quality values of the firm.
You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £40,000 as well as a generous benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) 25 days holiday, a lucrative bonus scheme, private medical insurance and season ticket loans.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years’ experience working with Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution schemes, and have previous management experience - if so then I want to hear from you!
