Accounts Assistant Leeds Salary up to £22,000 dependent upon experience, excellent benefits including:

Performance related Bonus scheme, Pension scheme, examination support.

BWD are working in partnership with a Leeds based Financial Services organisation who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant.

On a daily basis the duties will include:

  • Using in house software to produce and analyse reports regularly.
  • Reconciliations.
  • Accurately input transactions into sage 50 and Sage One accounts.
  • Process Payroll monthly including any expenses or commission.
  • Ensure invoices are paid on time and all accounts are accurate and up to date.
  • Deal with any invoice queries/suppliers.
  • Assist with the inputting of data onto the in house system.
  • Supporting teams within the hub when required.

In order to apply for the role you will need to have:
  • Experience of Sage 50 and Sage One Accounts 
  • Experience of Sage 50 Payroll 
  • Good IT knowledge with Excellent Excel Knowledge, having the ability to do Pivot tables and V Lookups
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive approach
  • Good Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Accurate data input skills with a proven track of having a strong eye for detail
