BWD are working in partnership with a Leeds based Financial Services organisation who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant.
On a daily basis the duties will include:
- Using in house software to produce and analyse reports regularly.
- Accurately input transactions into sage 50 and Sage One accounts.
- Process Payroll monthly including any expenses or commission.
- Ensure invoices are paid on time and all accounts are accurate and up to date.
- Deal with any invoice queries/suppliers.
- Assist with the inputting of data onto the in house system.
- Supporting teams within the hub when required.
In order to apply for the role you will need to have:
- Experience of Sage 50 and Sage One Accounts
- Experience of Sage 50 Payroll
- Good IT knowledge with Excellent Excel Knowledge, having the ability to do Pivot tables and V Lookups
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal
- Accurate data input skills with a proven track of having a strong eye for detail
