Do you have experience within Capital Planning & Management at a senior level? Would you like to change your role and work for a well-regarded international financial services business, which gives you a platform to develop your skills and challenge yourself in a collaborative environment?

Your new role would be a challenging permanent opening as EMEA Capital Planning and Management - Senior Vice President. 

The incumbent will play an important role in setting up and developing a Capital Planning and Management framework within the EMEA and APAC regions. The role works closely with Risk Management, Finance and Corporate Treasury in implementing capital planning and management principles in the regions

Aspects of the role include developing and maintain a capital planning process that provides forward-looking capital projections based upon forecasted legal entity activities and upcoming regulatory requirements. Review existing capital management and forecasting activities across legal entities and business partners, and implement an optimal operating structure.

Produce Capital Policies for all entities in the regions that are required to hold capital for regulatory purposes. Ensuring effective capital management and review of capital positions across the regions.

Devising strategies for minimizing risk and efficient management of capital resources across legal entities in the regions. Participate in capital related stress testing process.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will have:
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end capital management processes
  • Good awareness of regulatory environment
  • Understanding of balance sheet and liquidity management practises
  • Experience in dealing with diverse company structures
  • Significant prior experience in capital management, treasury, liquidity
  • Degree educated
  • Significant experience of dealing with Senior Stakeholder relationships.
