Are you an experienced Pensions Team Manager? Are you looking for a change of scenery? Is it time to make a move in your career to a firm where you can concentrate on producing high-quality work without the high-pressured environment?

One of the UK’s highest-rated Third-Party Pensions Administration firms are seeking a Team Leader to join their team in Croydon.

You will be tasked with managing a team of eight experienced administrators, mentoring their personal development and ensuring the team achieve their targets. You will be responsible for managing resources to ensure all scheme and member events are completed within deadlines, and reviewing outgoing work to ensure that it maintains the high-quality values of the firm. You will also be attending client and trustee meetings, providing technical support and guidance on related client administration issues.

You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £42,000 as well as a generous benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) 25 days holiday, a lucrative bonus scheme, private medical insurance, season ticket loans and company social events.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years’ experience working with Defined Benefit Schemes, have previous management experience and be confident presenting to trustees and clients: if so then I want to hear from you!
