So now you’re considering a change, one where you can work alongside directors and department heads within a company which caters their career progression opportunities around your own individual aims and ambitions, where you will have a direct effect on new policies and procedures. As a Policy Manager, you will be ensuring the highest possible standards of advice and service to clients are maintained, and that all staff adhere to group policies and procedures you review.
You will have an exceptional eye for technical detail, reviewing existing policies to support the business in its extraordinary growth, and be leaving your mark through the implementation of new policies and procedures.
You will be suited to this role if you are a paraplanner or administrator within a financial services environment, looking to make a transition into a policy-based role.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Appropriate Level 4 qualification with a desire to progress to Level 6
- 3+ years’ experience in a compliance environment
- A good knowledge of the UK regulatory system and FCA Handbook
