Your new role would be a challenging permanent opening as Foreign Exchange Client Services Senior Analyst.

The business line offers a post trade service which allows clients to achieve margin, credit and operational efficiencies.  It offers automated, real-time matching, allocation and booking service with Intra-day credit controls for both clients and executing dealers.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Act as a central point of contact for the client, working with trading, compliance, risk, operations, and technology to ensure client’s business is fully supported
  • Responsible for trade verification, confirmation, settlement, accounting, allocations, collateral and reconciliation of FX transactions for the client
  • Support trade operations and resolve client discrepancies
  • Ability to build strong client relationships through daily interactions and onsite/offsite meetings
  • Ability to recognize areas for process improvement for both client facing and internal technology and processes for the services group
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis/projects for clients
  • Knowledgeable of the FX market
  • Understanding of the FX Trade lifecycle
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must possess a strong combination of both analytical and social skills
  • Analysts must be aggressive, eager to learn, and willing to take on large projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
