The main aspects of the role are to ensure that:
- ‘New’ text created during the completion of an RFP is loaded to PMAPS to allow all users to have access to the most recent text.
- All saved text reflects any terminology, systems, personnel or process changes at Newton.
- All saved text undergoes timely reviews by the subject matter experts (SMEs) and compliance to ensure that the text is accurate and compliant at all times.
- All RFP team logs are maintained for audit trail purposes.
In addition, this role involves working closely with the UK & US business development/sales and consultant/client relations teams to ensure that text is written in a persuasive manner. The role also includes responding to ad-hoc requests for text.
