Are you an experienced Business Administration professional with a background in banking/financial services? Do you have an understanding of financial regulations and governance along with strong I.T skills? Are you looking to supervise a small team? Then look no further!

In this initial 12 month contract role in central Manchester, you will be working for a global financial services organisation, and some of your duties will include:

  • In charge of administrative matters and  oversee corporate objectives
  • Office support services; organise and coordinate inter/intra-department activities
  • Responsible for reporting to management and assist in other tasks as assigned
  • Coordination and oversight of all recruitment activities, liaising with internal and external HR/Recruitment/Agencies
  • Control functions: oversight of all operational events, regulatory breaches, monthly write offs and monthly finance reporting
  • Management reporting: Management statistics, visual management board, senior management reporting, monthly cash quality scoring, monthly dashboards.
Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2/3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Banking/Financial Services industry experience is essential
  • Some HR understanding with knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Understanding of financial regulations is highly desirable
