Are you an experienced Banking/Financial Services professional looking to work in a client facing environment? Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels? Have you worked in a client/customer support role previously? Then look no further!

In this role as Client Support Executive in central Edinburgh, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service for existing and potential clients who contact us by telephone, in writing and by electronic media (email and secure message). 
  • Handle client enquiries into the organisation in a polite & professional manner within the timescales detailed in our Service Level Agreement, and within the standards of the Client Support Team
  • Take ownership of providing client with satisfactory resolution within the timescales detailed in  SLAs
  • Maintain accurate data for all client enquiries
  • Participate in projects at the discretion of management


  • Experience in a similar role within banking/financial services is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Windows-based systems / packages
