Reporting to the UK Head of DC Growth, you will be responsible for supporting the Leadership Team in the end to end sales process of converting new business opportunities into schemes won. This includes:
- Developing B2B relationships with individuals within target introducers (benefit consultancies and third party evaluators) to increase the flow of Requests for Proposal
- Taking the resulting opportunities through the sales process, from completion of the RfP through to Beauty Parade presentations and the hosting of site visits
- Developing internal B2B client opportunities across the firm; this involves forming successful business relationships with both the client, and collaborating with other internal stakeholders that work on the client providing the DC consultancy support for those opportunities that supports the transition to or adoption of NPT

You will need to have UK DC pensions experience at consultant or Manager level, and a client-centric mindset: this is not a product sales role, but solutions selling to clients to assist them with their pensions management.
