The main duties will be:
To manage reception area
Welcome guests and clients into the business
Manage a busy switchboard
Help out with meetings and functions
Undertake ad - hoc administration
As a successful candidate for the Receptionist job, in Leeds, within a Financial Services company, you will need to have:
Current receptionist experience
A confident and warm and welcome outlook
A 'can do' approach in order to help other staff members and be of benefit
