Do you have experience in Customer Service/Client Support? Do you have excellent communication and administrative skills? Are you looking for work for a market-leading Financial Services organisation? Then look no further!

In this role, you will be based in central Liverpool, initially on a 6-12 month contract, and some of your duties will include:

  • Client Support/customer service, over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Liaising with clients both internally and externally
  • Support the Dividend and Market Claims team during a period of increased market volume

  • Some experience in financial services is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in a customer service/client support role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal with high volumes of work under pressure
