A directly authorised quality advisory firm is looking to appoint a dedicated Training & Development consultant to work closely with their advisers across the North West and into Scotland.
Core duties are as follows:
Field based support and development of ongoing competence and business model
File review and feedback identifying training needs and implementing relevant development plans and remedial actions
Production of meaningful and insightful MI for the Board
Acting as an SME and role model within the business
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
DipFA Level 4 or equivalent
Previous T&C experience would be advantageous however there may be a development opportunity for the right person
Current and detailed knowledge and understanding of advice standards and processes
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt own style to suit the need of the audience
Detailed and methodical approach to work but with the ability to also be creative and solutions orientated
This role can be eitehr full time or over 4 days. There will be extensive and occasional overnight stays.
