One of our key clients are seeking an Assistant Scheme Secretary to join their team based in Central London.
Your duties will include attending trustee meetings, drafting minutes, preparing papers and agendas, and following up on actions. You will be leading discussions with clients on technical issues, whilst ensuring that the Trustees meet legal and compliance requirements. You’ll support on project work and conduct project management of services, providers and special exercises. You will even be involved in marketing and client proposals which will include presentations. The varying work will be refreshingly challenging – sounds good right?
The ideal candidate will be proficient in technical aspects of both DB and DC schemes, have the ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment and have excellent organisation skills. You don’t need to have any experience working on the Trustee side of pensions schemes, just an interest in doing so.
The role is paying up to £38,000 plus a generous benefits package.
