BWD are delighted to be working on behalf of a London based client, with an excellent reputation, who are looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator.
Have you got experience of working within an administration role, within the financial services industry?
Are you looking for an organisation who gives true support to your career path and with undertaking qualifications?
Then this could be good for you.
On a daily basis you will be required to provide an efficient private client and corporate administration support service to a team of advisers and clients.
You will continually provide a high quality service to the advisers and clients in the processing of new business and the ongoing servicing of existing clients, continually striving to exceed expectations.
You will Adhere to strict FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures.
In order to apply you will need to have worked for an IFA Firm.
You will have provided Administrative support to Advisers and Clients by way of undertaking:
Letters of authority
New Business quotations
Preparing Advisers for their client appointments
In addition to the above experience my client is looking for you to have:
5 GSCEs or equivalent. A-level / BTEC National qualifications desirable.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong planning and organisational skills, having the ability to organise and prioritise workloads. .
