Are you an experience Banking Administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills? Are you able to multi-task and have good I.T skills including MS Excel and Access? Do you want to work for a leading financial services organisation? Then this is the role for you.

As a Banking Administrator your duties will include:

  • Resolve out of proof conditions through the generation of reports
  • Investigation of customer accounts, trust accounts, or daily security positions
  • Answer inquiries received from internal and external sources by various means of communication.
  • Exposure to sensitive financial transactions and liability up to $50,000,000.
  • Perform other operational and record-keeping duties within the department as required by management
Requirements:

  • Baking or financial services experience highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
