BWD are delighted to be working on behalf of a Financial Services business in Leeds, who are looking to recruit a new Administrator for their growing team.
Are you a Financial Services Administrator at the moment, and looking to take on a greater challenge and work towards becoming a Senior Administrator, with greater responsibility?
Would you like to provide dedicated support to friendly Financial Advisers, who are keen to get you involved with their clients?
Then this could be the position for you.
On a daily basis your duties will include:
Obtaining illustrations and application forms from Platforms and Providers in order to put together client packs, for the Advisers to take to meetings.
Issue letters of authority, and respond to written and telephone enquiries for the IFAs.
Maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally
In order to apply you will need to have:
Previous experience working within an IFA practice supporting Financial Advisers
Alternatively you could have experience of working for a provider in a similar role
As well as the above experience my client is looking for you to have a 'can - do' attitude, and have the flexibility to want to work in other locations in the country, as and when necessary.
