If you are a Pensions Administrator or Senior Pensions Administrator who is stifled, working in a top-heavy environment with a lack of creativity and trapped in “this is the way it’s always been done” philosophy then you’ve got an opportunity here to blossom and push away from the norm.
The company in question offers external training and development programmes to help improve knowledge and skills, study sponsorship as well as internal workshops to provide every administrator with the highest quality of training.
This opportunity will entail you personally tending to a portfolio of clients that range in size. The portfolio itself is mixed with some DC schemes, although, it primarily includes DB schemes. It will entail attending trustee meetings, manage ad-hoc projects as well as manage day to day responsibilities to the clients you will be working with.
This role can be based within a commutable distance of their offices in London, or on a remote basis, to enable staff to be flexible around their personal circumstances.
