Investment Consultant – Transitions

Our clients are institutional investors, mostly pension schemes.
We help our clients undertake asset transition activity. Asset transitions are complex events, involving many moving parts across multiple parties, asset classes and markets. Our dedicated asset transition team works alongside the advisory and administrations teams to provide asset transition services to clients, using their specialist knowledge to help our clients implement our advice efficiently.
You will lead transition projects, providing our consultants with everything they need to implement their strategic advice with razor sharp efficiency. This will require you to use your experience and project management skills to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
You will also be passionate about developing the team to be the best they can be, unlocking the potential of team members and shape the direction in which we head. We want someone who is unafraid to express a view and can express their view clearly, thereby contributing to the ideas we rely on to achieve our aims.
You’ll be expected to contribute to the ongoing debate we have about what we’re doing with our clients, thereby helping influence our future direction. You will be keen to build new relationships throughout the business and with external investment managers to build our profile in the market.
We are looking for an individual with drive, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills. Effective problem solving ability, confident under pressure with good numerical ability.
Effective organisation skills and crucially the ability to manage and prioritise workload and deadlines, solid project management experience is a must, ideally within transition management.
A demonstrable team player with a strong desire to accelerate the development of other team members, line management experience a definite advantage.
