Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Apprenticeship strategy – design an organisational apprenticeship strategy and action plan with clear milestones and targets that is aligned to the client’s development strategy. Work to include the matching of employee skills or demand to apprenticeship standards available.
- Procurement framework support and design – to support clients in the identification and procurement of appropriate training providers for the delivery of their apprenticeship training needs.
- Performance monitoring framework – to support clients in the design / implementation of an effective framework for monitoring apprenticeship training performance linked to quality, service and business output measures including, professional standards, quality of delivery, progress.
Access to a car and a clean driving licence is essential and you must be willing to travel as this role has a National remit.
