Do you want to lead the improvement of operation efficiency within pension administration? Do you want to oversee teams across Administration & Data within the firm?

BWD are a leading consultancy within Pension & Benefits – we currently have a mandate to recruit a Head of Pension Administration for a TPA Pensions firm in the South East of England. As the Head of Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing teams across Administration & Data within the business. So, what else will you be involved in?
  • Owning and taking responsibility for resource requirements, seeking new ways to alleviate capacity by challenging existing procedures
  • Responding to, and actioning any client enquiries and ensuring they are provided with optimum levels of CX
  • Overseeing and taking ownership of all administration and data with respect to integration of new clients
  • Reviews of administration and data management processes to seek increased operational efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and targeting areas for continuous improvement.

They focus upon the bare bones of a pension scheme, and specialise within them areas such as pension administration, consultancy and secretariat work.
