Imagine this; you’ll be involved in a wide range of pensions administration, consultancy and management tasks – you will have prime accountability for a number of key metrics within the business such as the quality of service delivered, sustainability and profitability of schemes assigned to you, you will also have day to day management of the administration teams.
This role is likely to appeal to individuals who have 5+ years’ experience at a management level – however all applications will be considered. You will also be experienced in the following:
- Demonstrable expert knowledge of pension administration activities & able to apply this knowledge to any scheme. In-depth and thorough knowledge of the pension legislation framework
- Previous administration experience on Final Salary (DB) schemes to cover leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers, benefit statements, pension increases and monthly processing
- Presentational skills to assist with client pitches, trustee meetings and any development activities.
In addition to the above, you’ll be self-motivated with an enthusiastic approach to work with an ability to manage deadlines and conflicting demands in order to meet any legal and/or client obligations.
