BWD Search & Selection is currently working with a key firm in the pension consultancy segment who seek a talented and experienced DC Operations Manager to join the team. You will be working with the UK Leadership team to drive efficiencies, service delivery and overall quality up.
You’ll provide direction and guidance to the business teams you are responsible for ensuring that best practice approaches are always used, and shared when needed, in addition to this you’ll maintain control over the financial targets including revenue, cost control and profit, ensuring the team is operating within agreed targets, alongside the above, you’ll also:
- Contribute to the resource strategy and recruitment plan, looking ahead to the future with regards to skill needs & resourcing
- Take ownership and responsibility of client plans, recovery schemes and improvement initiatives
- Challenge the norm, think outside of the box and really drive implementations and changes that result in a positive and improved service for clients and members.
