BWD Search & Selection is currently assisting a well renowned pension consultancy firm to recruit a Senior Pension Administrator in Croydon. To be considered for this role you will have a number of years’ experience in pension administration and you'll either currently be a Senior Pension Administrator looking for their next move, or a Pension Administrator that feels they are ready to make the step up. You will be joining a firm that puts their employees at the heart of everything they do, they don't want the workplace to be a battleground, but a place for collaboration and innovation, you can be a part of that. They provide a more human and enriching experience which is so much more than just a mechanical transaction. 

To be considered for this role, the following attributes are required:
  • At least 5 years’ experience of delivering administration services to DB pension schemes
  • In-depth, technical pensions knowledge and understanding of legislations
  • Proficient on MS Office packages
  • GCSE English and Mathematics (A-C)
