This isn't any old, administrative position, you will be working in the world of financial services covering Risk and Healthcare - ideally you'll have demonstratable experience in both to be considered.
Administrators can not only be promoted within this administrative role in a short amount of time; the size of the firm allows you to be able to get involved in different areas of the business.
The W/L balance is 9- 5, you won't have to take your work home with you which I’m not selling as a perk - I just know how many of you administrators feel obliged to do that.
Your technical knowledge will improve, you'll be surrounded by some real industry leaders across Risk and Healthcare who will provide you with all the support you need to get up and running - this isn't a sink or swim type of role.
Experience wise you'll have:
- Demonstrable administration experience of Group Life assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness and Group Healthcare
- Proven Financial Services administration experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work
If you have CII Group Risk (GR1) and Healthcare (IF7) under you belt then this would boost your application no end, however it's not mandatory.
