Exceptional opportunity to join the market-leading pensions technology and consulting firm within the UK Defined Benefit market, helping to support UK schemes, and their deferred members. They provide digitally-enabled automated financial advice, and pensions annuity software as well as fulfillment solutions.
Your role would be: -
- To develop and nurture contacts and relationships across the pensions sector to secure sales of the company's technology and consulting solutions for DB member education and DB to DC
- Manage a range of Business Development activities including client targeting, leading communications strategy, conducting marklet research, and capturing insight to inform propositional development and optimise sales performance.
- Contribute to business decisions and future business strategy as part of the wider leadership team
- Work closely with the Bus Dev functions across the wider business to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
Reporting directly to the UK Head of Sales this is a key role in the growth of this impressive organisation as it continues it's drive to become the go-to player in the market. Your target market will include large employee benefit consultancies, large pensions schemes managed by their sponsors, and large schemes outsourced to the consulting market.
OTE is north of £140K for what is an exceptional home-based role.
