Grey and boring job advert right here. Excellent opportunity, market leading employer, growing business, etc, etc… it’s all so repetitive, its even boring to write so it must be hell to read over and over again.

Regardless, I am going to try and drag you in via the same method. I’ll let you know what is typically unique about this opportunity, what makes it stand out In the same way as every other job, and how it is the best employer with out telling you who they are.

Here goes…

A Yorkshire based enterprise has recently decided to enter the Employee Benefits Consulting Market. After transforming their Wealth Management arm over the past 2 years, they are proud to show off a 450% increase in turnover. This increase has been driven by the newly appointed MD, a truly inspiration character with big dreams for the future.

With a previous background in Group Risk and Healthcare Consulting, the current MD can see a space opening up for an experienced and ambitious consultant. You will have full responsibility for the growth, development and embedding of a new line of business, with all the support you could dream of.

A strong background in business development is essential along with a real drive to help create something special. The MD will be as hands on, or as hands off as you would like. He welcomes free thinkers, ideas people and those with a can do attitude.

Your route to market is eased through a network of relationships gained via the business, the main arm has been trading for over 100 years. There will be no cold calling, just further expansion of exciting relationships

Obviously, it would be foolish to say that such a role doesn’t come with any risk. Being the first boots on the ground in a newly formed operation will be challenging to say the least. To counteract this however, there is a lucrative reward for the successful applicant which will also an include equity partnership.

I would like to think this opportunity stands out from the usual hum drum on the market. There is so much more to learn, however, if you would be interested to find out more, please get in touch.
