As a Deputy Administration Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a given portfolio of clients, and alongside the Administration Manager & Administration teams, you will provide high quality administration and consultancy services.
A wide range of responsibilities are commonplace in a role like this, but to summarise, here are a few key ones:
- Overseeing the management of ad-hoc and annual projects for schemes, such as renewals, pensions increases, life styling and accounts.
- As the Administration Managers’ right hand, you’ll monitor the accuracy & performance for your team, ensuring they are in line with SLAs.
- Manage the day to day activities of your team, as the back bone you’ll deputise when necessary and take part in recruitment activities.
