Tom Craske
After Tom graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2016 with a first class in psychology, he started a career in HR. He then swiftly moved into the company’s internal recruitment team. Tom returned to the UK in 2019 after travelling and working abroad for 18 months and later joined BWD in August that year. He enjoys building relationships with people and he's been developing this within the Life and Non-Life Actuarial market which he now specialises in recruiting for (across all levels). Outside of work, Tom spends his time going to the gym, reading, and getting through the endless number of documentaries on Netflix.
