Before BWD
I have over six years’ experience within the legal and financial recruitment sectors, which made it an easy choice to join BWD. After starting in recruitment within the Financial sector, I later moved into the Legal market which is where I now specialise, working on behalf of all the major legal firms and some of the more niche and smaller practises in the local regions.

It’s all about
The real key to success is matching the requirements of candidates and clients; both parties have to be completely happy so it’s crucial to meet all their objectives to ensure long and successful placements and relationships.

When I’m not here
Spending quality time with my partner and my family. If I could, I’d be constantly travelling to the most beautiful and exotic parts of the world, but I have to settle with my yearly holiday entitlement instead, but I do buy a lottery ticket every week
